A new ruling states that many British property investors, who lost money when the Spanish property market fell, will have the right to claim back deposits from the Banks. The Spanish Supreme Court has ruled that British property investors or property consumers, who paid substantial deposits on “off-plan” properties, will be able to claim back a full refund. This could mean that up 100,000 UK investors will be entitled to large pay outs.
