The broad beaches of Fuengirola town span 8km along the coastline, here tourists are able to take part in an endless list of activities, including walking along the seafront promenade.
The town has a thriving history, which tourists are encouraged to learn about whilst taking a trip to the medieval Moorish fortress. The Sohail Castle in the summer months has a venue which holds international music festival.
Fuengirola port hosts several water sports including trips to see the dolphins. If you prefer to stay on land, you can visit the well known waterpark or the Bioparc Fuengirola Zoo, which is home to different species of endangered animals, the zoo dedicates itself to helping these rare animals and tourists are invited to aid them with their work.
